RankUp's take
D.Mon receives gains across several parts of her kit. Plasma Saber now deals 65 damage instead of 60, while Fusion Repeater rises from 15 to 16 damage and can be used every 4 seconds rather than every 6.
Propulsors are considerably easier to sustain: fuel consumption falls from 40 to 25, and regeneration increases from 15 to 22.5. Ranked players should have more freedom to reposition, pursue targets or disengage without exhausting fuel as quickly.
The shorter Fusion Repeater cooldown should increase D.Mon’s pressure throughout a fight, while the Saber buff improves her close-range threat. Opponents may need to punish her commitments faster because her mobility and offensive cooldown will return sooner.
Two D.Mon bugs were addressed: Power Barrier should now protect her correctly when deployed during Fusion Repeater, and an exploit that could briefly make her invulnerable has been removed. Nano Boost will also remain on Moira after Fade, and Paraíso’s second attacker spawn no longer reaches into the playable space.
What this means for you
D.Mon can maintain mobility longer and apply Fusion Repeater pressure more often, so players should take more active angles while preserving enough fuel to escape. Enemies should track her shorter cooldown and avoid assuming that an early mobility commitment leaves her stranded.
