D.Mon loses armor and ranged pressure in September 17 hotfix

Blizzard reduces D.Mon’s armor, increases Propulsors fuel drain, and weakens Fusion Repeater. Mercy is also re-enabled in Stadium after a gameplay fix.

The short version

  • D.Mon armor reduced in 5v5 and 6v6
  • Focused Fusion damage: 45 → 36
  • Propulsors fuel drain: 25 → 30
  • Fusion Repeater damage: 16 → 15
  • Fusion Repeater cooldown: 4 → 5 seconds
  • Mercy re-enabled in Stadium

RankUp's take

D.Mon’s September 17 hotfix reduces armor from 325 to 275 in 5v5 and from 300 to 250 in 6v6. These are separate mode-specific values, not changes to her total health.

Focused Fusion’s damage per bullet falls from 45 to 36. Propulsors fuel drain rises from 25 to 30, while Fusion Repeater damage drops from 16 to 15 and its cooldown increases from four to five seconds.

For D.Mon players, shorter exposure and a planned retreat matter more after these changes. Avoid spending all your movement fuel to begin a fight, and use cover between repeater windows.

The same update fixes a Mercy gameplay issue in Stadium and restores her availability in all Stadium queues. Blizzard says September 8 replay codes remain available through this hotfix.

What this means for you

D.Mon has less room for prolonged exposure. Keep fuel for disengaging and take fights around cover.
